Star siren Shruti Haasan has been staying away from movies after the disaster of 'Katamarayudu' movie. After 2 long years, Shruti Hassan is all set to mark her Tollywood comeback with Ravi Teja’s upcoming film.
Tentatively called 'RT66', Gopichand Malineni is wielding the megaphone for this project. Recently, Shruti flew down to Hyderabad for the movie launch event. Interacting with a popular English daily, Shruti said that she is super excited about returning to Tollywood. “It is always nice to do Telugu films. Despite being a Tamilian, Telugu audiences have always been appreciative. Also, my success began here. So Tollywood is like my extended home,” said Shruti and added that she is looking forward to shooting with Ravi Teja.
On the other hand, Shruti Haasan also has a Tamil project in her hand which is 'Laabam' starring Vijay Sethupathi. She also gave dubbing for Elsa’s character in Disney’s 'Frozen 2' Tamil version.
