Twinkle Khanna, a former actor, and screenwriter turned to Instagram to offer a post about parenting. She tweeted a photo of herself kissing her daughter Nitara. She emphasized how parents are not responsible for providing a 'perfect childhood' to their kids. Instead, she believes that parents should assist their children in coming up with ideas. And they shouldn't highlight their shortcomings.

Twinkle left the industry in 2001 after appearing in films such as Mela, Baadshah, Jaan, and International Khiladi. Mrs. Funnybones, her first novel, was a success when it was released in 2015. In 2001, Twinkle married Akshay Kumar. In 2002, Akshay and Twinkle welcomed their first child, a son called Aarav Bhatia. They have a daughter named Nitara, who was born in 2012. Twinkle is currently taking a master's degree in fiction writing at Goldsmiths, University of London.
