Varun Dhawan Hints at his new film 'Coolie No 1' in a reweet about lady coolies

Varun Dhawan who has not been on the Bollywood radar for quite some time made his presence felt through his retweet. The retweet hints at his upcoming movie 'Coolie No.1' which will be a comedy. It also appears to be speaking in support of lady coolies in India. The film is releasing on May 1. He will be starring alongside Sara Ali Khan. Both the young actors will be together on the big screen for the first time. This definitely calls for some excitement. There is news that they just finished the shooting in Goa. Dhawan retweeted the pic which was posted by the Ministry of Railways. The Ministry uploaded a collage of lady coolies at stations saying "Working for Indian Railways, these lady coolies have proved that they are second to none !! We salute them !!".

The trend of remaking old movies has spread far and wide in Bollywood. A lot of old songs are being remixed too. Dhawan's movie is no different. It is the remake of the 1990s original film starring Govinda and Karisma Kapoor. Those are some tough shoes to fill. Dhawan will be filling in for Govinda while Khan for Kapoor. The film will be releasing on 1 May 2020.
