This year’s Filmfare Awards ceremony had held in Guwahati, Assam at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium on 15th February 2020. The same would be airing on Colors TV tomorrow night i.e, 16 February 2020 at 9 pm. This is the first time the Filmfare will be taking place outside Mumbai and all the stars have been arriving in full gear for some awards night fun. Besides the entertainment, the event itself is very prestigious. This is the 65th Filmfare Awards ceremony. The fans are eagerly waiting to find out who gets to take the black lady home.
In conversation with ETimes, Varun Dhawan expressed that he is grateful for this opportunity to perform a patriotic act in front of all the Film stars and the national television. He seemed nervous, while he mentioned that the dates are getting closer. 'Maa Tujhe Salaam' is the title for his act. He further added that he dedicates it to all the soldiers working for the armed forces of the nation, and all those people who contribute to protect our country and let us live with the luxury of their sacrifice.
Actor Varun Dhawan was last featured in ‘Street Dancer 3D’ along with Shraddha Kapoor. Nora Fatehi and Prabhudheva were also cast in significant roles in the film. The film is Remo D'Souza’s directorial and it performed really well at the box office as well. Varun is presently working on ‘Coolie No.1’, the remake of the 1995 Govinda starer, with the same title. Varun and Sara Ali Khan will be sharing screen space for this film. His upcoming film ‘Mr Lele' has recently released the first look poster and fans are in anticipation for more.
