On the occasion of Mother’s Day, Varun Tej shared a video to celebrate his mother. The video shows several pictures of the actors with his mother as a baby! The video then goes on to show the actor with his mother as an adult! The video ends with the words, “Don’t need no day to celebrate my universal boss. My true champion. Love you mom.” He captioned the video, “Love you amma!”
Varun Tej took to Instagram recently to share an old picture of himself sitting on his grandfather’s lap on a plane ride! He captioned the photo, “Good old memories! With my grandfather!”
Varun Tej's sister, Niharika Konidela too took to Instagram to celebrate their mother. She posted a photo of their mother with the caption, "Happy Mother's Day Amma. You are and will always be the light of my life. Love you!! Happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful mums out there!."
On the work front. Varun Tej was last seen in the film Gaddalakonda Ganesh. The action thriller also featured actors Atharvaa, Pooja Hegde, and Mirnalini Ravi. The film was the Telugu remake of the Tamil film Jigarthanda. He will next appear in the film VT10. Written and directed by Kiran Korrapati, the film will hit the theatres on 30th July 2020. Sidhu Mudda and Allu Venkatesh are producing the film. Niharika Konidela was last seen as a part of an ensemble cast in the epic action film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. Niharka starred in and produced the web series Madhouse in 2019. Rumour has it that the actress will be signing on to major roles soon.
