Director KS Ravindra’s upcoming film Venky Mama starting Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya was supposed to hit the theatres on October 4. However, it looks like the film is getting postponed.
October 2 will see the release of Chiranjeevi’s mega-budget flick Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. Also, the shooting of Venky Mama is yet to be completed by the makers.
It is said that 25 days of shooting is left and the entire film will be wrapped up by October first week. So, the makers are now busy shooting for the movie round the clock. Recently Venkatesh also got injured on sets of Venky Mama where the unit has to postpone the pre-planned schedules and this is also said as the primary reason for the postponement.
Hence Venky Mama will not arrive in theatres on October 4. According to sources, the film will release sometime in the last week of October or early November.
