We are already aware that director Tharun Bhascker who made films Pelli Choopulu and Ee Nagariniki Emaindi recently made his debut as a lead hero in full-length with the film Meeku Maatrame Chepta. Directed by Shammer Sultan, this movie marked his debut as a director and it released last month.
The film opened to average reviews from everyone and impressed the youth. As per the trade reports, the movie did not ring in enough profits. Still, Vijay Deverakonda is not disappointed but is busy finalizing a script for his next movie. As of now, there is no clarity on what he will come up with but Vijay is making sure that the money he lost in this film comes back with his second production.
Meeku Maathrame Cheptha is the first production venture of Vijay Deverakonda's banner King of the Hill Productions. Avantika Mishra and Vani Bhojan essayed the other lead roles of the film. Meeku Maatrame Chepta is an out and out comedy entertainer and Tharun is currently busy with the script work of his next film.
