These days, small-budget films are making quite a buzz in the industry and ending up as the winners at the box office. Following the path of Pelli Choopulu and C/o Kancherapalem, another small budget film is creating waves in Tollywood now. It is Pressure Cooker, directed by Sujoi and Sushil. Starring Sai Ronak and Preethi Asrani in the lead roles, this family entertainer is all set to hit the screens on February 21.
Pressure Cooker is a film about the pressure faced by youngsters to go to the US. The theatrical trailer of this film got unveiled by Vijay Deverakonda recently. Meanwhile, the makers of this film came up with a new promotional campaign in which they are asking people about their #PressureCookerMoment. In the process, they also asked the pressure cooker moment of Vijay.
The Taxiwaala actor said, "I faced a lot of pressure during the phase between the completion of my graduation and the release of Yevade Subrahmanyam. In that span of four-five years, I had no clue what is going on in my life. There were many pressures on me to do MBA, job or even a bank job. But luckily, with the success of Yevade, my career got changed."
Pressure Cooker also features Rahul Ramakrishna, Tanikella Bharani and CVL Narasimha Rao in the other important roles.
