Vijay Sethupathi to host Masterchef India - Tamil

Masterchef is one of the most competitive cooking shows, which has received attention from people all over the country. The show's format was created by Franc Roddam and was later adapted in Australia and several other countries. Currently, the thirteenth season of Masterchef Australia is going on. Now, Sun TV has acquired the Tamil adaptation rights of Masterchef. Last month, the audition for the Masterchef show was conducted in Chennai, Coimbatore, and several other cities. The Tamil version of the show is the first edition of the cooking show.

To make the cooking show a success, the makers have roped in Vijay Sethupathi to host the show. For the past few days, Sun TV has been airing sa few promos featuring Vijay Sethupathi. The show is expected to begin soon. Vijay Sethupathi, in one of the promos, can be seen getting out of the helicopter and making his entry as the host. Reportedly, Vijay Sethupathi is being offered a huge remuneration which is why he accepted it. Sethupathi had earlier hosted a show titled Namooru Hero on Sun television a few years ago.
