Chiyaan Vikram had one release this year in the form of Kadaram Kondan, which was an average grosser. Then the actor concentrated and dedicated mos of his time in the making of his son Dhruv Vikram's debut flick Adithya Varma, the Tamil remake of Telugu blockbuster flick, Arjun Reddy.
During the scheduled break of Adithya Varma, Vikram acted in his upcoming film with director Ajay Gnanamuthu, who rose to fame with Nayanthara-starer Imaikaa Nodigal. Tentatively titled Vikram 58, the film had touted as a thriller flick.
Going by the latest reports, Vikram 58 team has finalized the title for the film. Reports suggest that the makers have finalized Amar as the film's title. However, an official confirmation regarding the film's title is yet to be out.
Rumors are rife that Vikram will play as many as 25 roles in the film. The makers are tight-lipped about the film's genre, cast, and crew. The makers have roped in composer AR Rahman to score the tunes for this one of a kind film.
