This film was released on June 3rd and captivated the audience. It became the biggest grossing film in Kollywood and a blockbuster in Telugu states. With this film, Kamal Hassan demonstrated his star power once more, earning more than 400 crores at the box office.

This mafia drama debuted on Disney + Hotstar on July 8th. 'Vikram' now has the biggest weekend opening on the OTT platform in the country. The film was released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam and received record viewing figures in all five languages. Kamal Hassan expressed gratitude to the audience for making 'Vikram' such a box office success. He claimed that Disney + Hotstar allowed the film to reach every household.
