Watch: Have a look at the trailer of Shruti Haasan's upcoming short film Devi

Actress Shruti Haasan is making her acting comeback after a long gap of about three years. She is currently acting in the Tamil film Laabam and Telugu film Krack. She is also making her comeback in Hindi but with a short film. Titled Devi, this short film will be out on March 2nd, on Youtube. The trailer of it got unveiled today.

Posting the trailer, Shruti tweeted, "9 fierce women, 9 different backgrounds, 1 stark reality. Here’s a glimpse of what happens when these women are together in a room! Stay tuned for our short film, #Devi on 2nd March on @LargeShortFilms." Devi is a story of nine strong-headed women of different backgrounds who are together in a room. Directed by Priyanka Banerjee, this film features Kajol, Neena Kulkarni, Neha Dhupia, Mukta Barve, Shivani Raghuvanshi, Yashaswini Dayama, Sandhya Mhatre, and Rama Joshi. It might be the first short film to feature all mainstream actresses with no male actors. To know what is it all about, we have to wait until its release. This short film is being backed by the Youtube channel Large Short Films. On the flip side, Shruti's other two films, Laabam and Krack will release during this summer.
