What else an actor wants other than that: Vijaya Shanti

Lady Amitabh Bachchan and National Award-winning actress Vijaya Shanti made her comeback on the silver screen after a long gap of 13 years, with the latest film Sarileru Neekevvaru. It has been a herculean task for the director Anil Ravipudi to convince Vijaya Shanti to accept the offer. Finally, she did it and the movie has hit the screens a few days back. Sarileru Neekevvaru is receiving a unanimous positive response from the audience. Vijaya Shanti is very much elated with this response.

She said that she didn't foresee that she would make a comeback with Mahesh babu's film. She opined that it is a design of almighty. Vijaya Shanti also stated that Mahesh still has the innocence which he had when both of them worked together three decades back for the film Koduku Diddina Kapuram. She said that he doesn't carry any ego of being a Superstar now. Vijaya Shanti's role as Bharati is getting a huge response from the audience. Especially the scene where Mahesh and Rajendra Prasad salute her is getting thunderous applause. She says that what else an actor needs if not such a good scene. Vijaya Shanti also assured that she will do more good films in the future from now on.
