When Kareena Kapoor wanted to go on a date with Rahul Gandhi
Kareena Kapoor is one most prolific actresses in Bollywood. She is still enjoying the success of her latest film Veere Di Wedding. Now, the actress is shooting for her next flick with Akshay Kumar.
She made her debut opposite Abhishek Bachchan in JP Dutta’s Refugee. Following her debut, she appeared in the talk show Rendezvous with Simi Garewal. In the show, Simi asked who Kareena would like to date.
Kareena’s answer surprised everyone as she said she wants to date Rahul Gandhi. She said she was really curious about him and since her family has affiliation to politics, she would like to go on a date with Rahul Gandhi.
She said, “Shall I say this, I don’t know if I should. But I don’t mind it’s controversial. Rahul Gandhi. I’d like to know him. I have been flipping though his pictures in a magazine and wondering what would it be like to have a conversation with him. I come from a family with a lineage of films and he comes from a family with lineage of politics. So, may be we’d make an interesting conversation.”
