Yuvan Shankar Raja opens up about his production house's business dealings

In the past few years, Yuvan Shankar Raja as been concentrating on his music as well as his production ventures. He forayed into production with Harish Kalyan and Raiza Wilson's Pyaar Prema Kaadhal, which was directed by Elan. The film became a huge hit and Yuvan Shankar Raja has planned his other set of films under his home banner. Recently, Yuvan shared a long post in which he can be seen clarifying that he is the only person to represent his production house and that he wouldn't be responsible if any transaction happens without his involvement.

His statement read, "On behalf of my company YSR Private Limited & U1 Records Private Limited and myself I do not authorize or have authorized anyone to receive or enter into any kind of transaction related to money or agreement. If so any kind of transaction does happen or have happened I’m not held responsible on the same. No other person except me is authorized to represent my company YSR Private Limited & U1 Records Private Limited." Yuvan Shankar Raja is now busy composing for Ajith's Vali, directed by H Vinoth.
