YVS Chowdary slams Mohan Babu with another legal notice
The rift between the actor-turned-politician Mohan Babu and director YVS Chowdary took a new turn as the latter slams former with another legal notice not many days after Hyderabad Erramanzil 23 metropolitan special magistrate Court sentenced him with one year jail. The director this time alleged that Mohan Babu is illegally obstructing him from entering his own land in Jalpally village on the outskirts of Hyderabad.
As per the legal notice sent on Tuesday, YVS Chowdary stated that he purchased land of 20 guntas in Jalpally in 2009 with the remuneration he received from Mohan Babu’s production house for the film ‘Saleem’ starring Manchu Vishnu. Reportedly, Mohan Babu is now obstructing YVS and his family members from accessing his own land. He even told that the people belonging to Mohan Babu has even constructed a wall restricting the entry. On this note, YVS has sorted the help of legal experts to proceed further.
Regarding the previous cheque bounce case filed by filmmaker, the court has also imposed a fine of Rs 41.75 Lakhs on the Collection King. However, he later got the bail saying that that the court was misinformed about the case. Mohan Babu and his legal desk are yet to react on this notice.
