Nandamuri Kalyan Ram's much-anticipated socio-fantasy drama Bimbisara has hit theatres today. Mallidi Vashist wrote and directed it. Its amazing promotional content captivated the audience and earned it a lot of attention. The movie is also gathering positive reviews from the theatre-going public.
The film's producers have just signed an agreement with the OTT platform ZEE5. The platform has acquired the digital streaming rights to Bimbisara for an undisclosed amount. A few days ago, it was reported that OTT giant Netflix had approached Kalyan Ram with a hefty offer for the film’s digital rights, but Kalyan Ram had refused the offer.
Catherine Tresa, Samyuktha Menon, and Warina Hussain play key roles in the movie. Chota K Naidu was the film's cinematographer, while Chirrantan Bhatt composed the music. The film's background soundtrack by MM Keeravani enriches the whole cinematic experience. K Hari Krishna produces the film under the NTR Arts banner on a Rs 40 crore budget.
