This dance-based workout was inspired by (and borrows from) the high-energy dance moves of Bollywood, India’s film industry, for a fun and calorie-torching cardio workout, with Indian-style twist on Zumba!
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Suji John is a passionate longtime professional dancer with a background in Bollywood and several others styles of Indian dance. She studied under some of the most respected classical Indian dance gurus, including the late Padmini, an actress who starred in over 250 Bollywood films. She has taught, choreographed and performed in New York City, New Jersey, Buffalo and India, where she competed in India’s largest TV dance competition — making the top 20 out of a field of more than 20,000 contestants.
