
COOKING FOR HEALTHY LIVING: VEGAN INDIAN Interested in learning how food is connected to your health? Join us for a whole-food, plant based cooking class. Our classes offer you hands-on opportunities to prepare nourishing and delicious plant based dishes using proper cooking techniques, exploring the benefits of these foods, all while enjoying a fun-filled evening! Tuesday, Oct. 8th - Vegan Indian In this class we will make: - Chana Masala - Chapatis - Cilantro Chutney All recipes will include a gluten-free variation when requested in advance. After we cook, attendees all enjoy a meal with generous helpings of the recipes we make in class as well as printed recipes to take home. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees of $25.
