47 Days Movie Review: An unimpressive thriller!

Satyadev comes up with his new movie 47 Days which hardly makes any impression and ends on a dull note.

47 Days Story:

Satya (Satya Dev) is an ACP who is under suspension. His wife Paddu (Roshini Prakash) commits suicide in front of him and he gets into trauma over the same. Also, another death takes place, on the same day of Paddu's death. Satya connects both the deaths and finds a similarity. He then carries his own investigation amidst a lot of struggles. What struggles did he face? Did he come out with the truth? Who is behind both the deaths? What happens in the end? Forms the story of the movie.

47 Days Performances:

Satyadev comes up with a one-man show in the film. He displays two different looks and both are impressive. His dialogue delivery and expressions are on point. Satyavdev is the only actor who gave his best for the film, in terms of the performances. Both the heroines Roshini Prakash and Pooja Jhaveri hardly made an impression. Both could not convince the audiences with their performances. Satya Prakash and Krishnamachary Srikanth Iyengar are good in their roles. They have delivered their best in the movie. The rest of the cast made their presence felt.

47 Days Technical Aspects:

Technical aspects wise, the film's music is good. The camera work is good in parts. At times, the leads look dull on the screen but at times, they look good. The visuals are average. The background score of the movie is good. The production values are poor and we can see that in every frame of the movie.

47 Days Verdict:

The plus points of the movie are the storyline and some scenes involving the investigation. The film lacks the much-needed thrilling elements. The director sets the moods of the audiences well at the beginning of the movie but the film slips the track slowly! The storyline is good and has a scope to offer a thrilling ride to the audiences but the director failed in making it a gripping tale. The movie lacks the suspenseful elements and the potential twists that can hook the audiences. The emotion fails to work in the film with which Satyadev's character travels. The narration is also weak and there is no driving factor in the plot. On the whole, the film fails to thrill the audiences and ends as an unimpressive movie.
