Karnataka Congress 'Chief administrator DK Shivakumar risks arrest following today's Karnataka High Court denied his application for safety from arrest. The former minister was requested in association with a money-laundering scenario by the Enforcement Directorate to tend beside him in Delhi this afternoon.
