To the BJP government which has revoked both Article 35A and Article 370 in connection with Jammu & Kashmir state, support has been extended by the political parties of Telugu states. Vijaya Sai welcomed the decision and added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah will remain in the history, on behalf of YSRCP.

He said, "This is the first step to solve the long-pending Kashmir issue. Hats off to Modi.” On this sensational decision, AIMIM party chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi is yet to comment. PM Modi took one of the daring decisions that no other Prime Ministers ever thought so, said Telangana BJP Chief Laxman.
To avoid unnecessary incidents, 144 section is imposed in Hyderabad city and the police are arranging pickets on the outskirts on other hands. In the twin cities, Law & Order Additional DGP is looking after the security arrangements. On Article 370 row, political parties across the nation are supporting the BJP government.
