TRS president and Telangana Chief Minister KCR will turn 65 on February 17th and his birthday has come as an excellent opportunity to his sycophants to show their reverence towards him.
Though KCR’s birthday is celebrated every year by the party, this time it is going to be an unprecedented show because he retained his power in Telangana for a second successive term with a massive mandate.
Since the KCR is a strong believer in rituals, his birthday is celebrated like a festival including performing special prayers in temples, mosques, and churches especially TRS leaders said special Pujas would be performed in ‘Ujjaini Mahankali’ temple in Secunderabad. Free distribution of fruits in hospitals, holding cultural events, exhibitions, cutting cakes and organizing blood donation camps across the state.
One of the major programmes will be held at Jala Vihar. Another programme will be organized at the TRS headquarters, Telangana Bhavan. MLA Talasani Srinivas Yadav said that “A photo exhibition on the life of KCR will be held at Jala Vihar.”
Meanwhile, keeping in mind last year’s chaos at Pragathi Bhavan, senior officials are expected to impose traffic restrictions and divert traffic on February 17th.
