Amit Shah said 'PoK included when I talk about J&K'

Today the home minister Amit Shah said that Jammu and Kashmir is an essential component of India, which includes PoK (Pakistan-occupied Kashmir). He also discussed the Lok Sabha on the move to remove Article 370 and to divide the state into two union territories.
He also said that it was not a political move. Parliament has full powers to make laws for the entire country. India's constitution and Jammu and Kashmir's constitution both enable this to be accomplished.
The home minister further said that Kashmir is very important part of India. He wanted to make it totally clear that it involved Pak-Occupied Kashmir (including Gilgit-Baltistan) and Aksai Chin every time we said Jammu and Kashmir. He said that Entire Jammu and Kashmir is an essential component of India's Union.
The home minister was replying to the congress leader “Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury” charges that by converting Jammu and Kashmir into a union territory, the government breached laws.
The Congress legislator, unfortunate for his party, also seemed to suggest that the changes in the status of Jammu and Kashmir were not an inner issue.
Adhir Ranjan said “I want to know. You say it's an internal matter. But it is being monitored since 1948 by the UN, is that an internal matter? We signed the Shimla Agreement and Lahore Declaration, was that an internal matter or bilateral? Can J&K be an internal matter considering previous bilateral agreements between India and Pakistan”?
Amit Shah said “Kashmir ki seema mein PoK bhi aata hai... Jaan de denge iske liye”. It means that Pakistan also falls within Kashmir, he would give his life for it.
