BAMUL elections postponed due to difference in the opinion between JDs and Congress Leaders

Change in the opinions between the JDS and Congress leaders has caused in the postponement of the polls for the president and Vice-president of the Bangalore Urban, Rural and Ramanagara District Co-Operative Milk Producers Societies Union Ltd (BAMUL).

It has started when Congress has demanded the unanimous president and Vice president post as it has the majority with three BJP members also assisting the party. Local congress powerful man DK Suresh and minister Krishna Bairegowda unitedly selected Narasimha Murthy from Magadi and Rajakumar of Kanakapura for two and half year’s period for the president post and decided to quit the Vice President post for the Janata Dal-Secular.

Although, PWD minister, HD Revanna who is concentrated on the KMF president post is against this and demanded an election. This has led to the war of words between the party leaders. As the Congress has boycotted the election, the presiding officers have postponed the election.
