Shameem Syed 77 is seemed to be a worried person as she registered a police complaint against the IMA company. As she had invested her total savings of Rs 1 lakh in the company in October 2018 and was happy with the guarantee that she would receive Rs 2,000 per month as returns.
Shameem, a homeless woman who begs for her livelihood, stated that she was paid on time every month up to February this year until February this year, the company said to her that it was an issue with the management.
“I was happy receiving Rs 2,000 per month as it helped me buy food,” Shameem said to the reporters. “I never believed they would cheat me. I am are poor and have no other means of income. Inshallah, I will get back my investment, or else I will die.”
When a reporter asked her how she got known about this company. She said she heard it from some men at the Mosque.
