'CBN offered me 50cr and ministry, I rejected': AP Minister
Shocking allegations against TDP supremo Chandra Babu Naidu have been made by, AP minister Gummanur Jayaram. He said that he declined 50 crores and cabinet berth which was offered by CBN while he was AP's CM. He added that he was not any cattle in the market to be bought at a particular price. That's why he had not accepted the proposal sent by CBN through his middle persons.
He even said that his honesty and loyalty got him the Ministerial berth in YS Jagan's cabinet after he became the new CM of AP. He said that he will live up to the faith shown by Jagan on him. During 2014 to 2019, TDP lured 23 MLAs and 3 MPs from YSRCP. And now in 2019 elections, TDP is left over with the same numbers.
This was what Jagan always used to say that judgments are not made by them but by the God and people electing them. TDP by encouraging defection had not gained anything other than losing its image while YSRCP has become an inspiration of how a political party and its leader must be. If Jagan wants, he might obey the tit for tat policy and might have hit TDP in such a manner that it could not survive in the near future. But his policies stand as an inspiration to others.
