CBSE 10th result released: 97 students get Top 3 ranks!
Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE has released the CBSE Class 10 Result 2019. The results were released today – May 6, 2019, on the official websites CBSE results.nic.and cbse.nic.in.
Astonishingly, as many as 97 students are the top three rank holders in CBSE Class 10th board exams with 13 students securing the first rank with 99.8%. This the number is brilliant and bewildering, making one question the rationale of such number and statistics. 25 students second with 99.6% and 59 students securing the third rank with 99.4%.
Around 18 lakh candidates appeared for the exams. Among them, 57,256 candidates scored above 95% and 2,25,143 candidates scored 90% and above.
Interestingly, 9,614 students have scored 100 marks in Mathematics. Also, 11,267 have scored a perfect hundred in - Social Sciences.
The overall pass percentage is 4.04% higher than the previous year at 91.10%. Region wise, Country’s most liberated state’s, Trivandrum has the best performance with 99.85%.
