Chandrababu Naidu Calls PM Narendra Modi 'Demon'!
Addressing election rallies in Kadapa district on Sunday, Chandrababu Naidu started a bitter attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, by saying he was like a 'demon' for minorities in the country. Naidu stated that minorities were feeling insecure under the Modi government as they were subjected to atrocities in Uttar Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, and various other states during the last five years.
Resorting to fearmongering, Naidu also blamed him for 2002 Gujarat riots and said PM Narendra Modi wanted to put minorities in jail through the Triple Talaq legislation.
Chandrababu said, "Narendra Modi is like a demon to minorities. He claimed 2,000 lives. In those days, in Gujarat, I had demanded Narendra Modi's resignation as the chief minister. I would like to tell this to my minority brothers. I am asking all of you. In Narendra Modi's governance, who among your minorities are happy? Are you happy? Every day people are getting scared. Attacks in UP, assault on girl children in J&K. In the same way, they wanted to bring in Triple Talaq legislation and put our minorities in jail. TDP was the first party to oppose it".
He also alleged that YSR Congress Party leader Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy colluded with Modi to save himself in corruption cases, Naidu said a vote to the YSRCP would be a vote to Modi.
