CM HD Kumaraswamy says repeated attempts made to dethrone me
In the issue of Karnataka political crisis, the state legislative Assembly, CM HD Kumaraswamy debated on trust vote of confidence. The CM claimed “I have been dragged into every row for the past two weeks. There are repeated attempts to dethrone me.”
The CM said, the Congress requested him to as a CM, but he wasn't focussed the major posts. He said in Assembly the leader has offered me Rs 40-50 crore, he questioned the BJP “whose money is it”. He said “Let’s have a discussion. You can still form the government. There is no urgency. You can do it on Monday or Tuesday also. I am not going to misuse the power.”
CM said we first discuss the trust vote issue, it is still not completed, as by Karnataka Governor Vajubhai Vala. “Let everyone speak and discuss the issue first,” he said. Meanwhile, the 20 MLAs were absent from the meeting. Ongoing the issue and the Governor’s direction to the Speaker to hold the trust vote first.
