DMK MPs submit monthly self-appraisal report to party chief MK Stalin
DMK party MPs has been started the self-appraisal reports and submitted the report to the party chief MK Stalin. Reports said each Lok Sabha MP’s work in the constituency in a particular month.
DMK MP said, “Soon after the first session of Lok Sabha came to an end, we were asked to present a report. We were given time to collect all details about what all has been done since we won from that constituency. This includes issues raised during question hour as well as our speeches in debates.”
MP said, “I give all the details to my officer-bearers and ask them to prepare the report. Once it is ready, I go through the entire report at least twice, before presenting it to Stalin.”
Senior DMK leader said “Stalin has asked all the party MPs to open offices in all assembly segments and appoint office-bearers in those offices. The message should go to the nook and corner of the assembly segment that any day petitions can be presented in the MP’s office.
The MP said, “A majority of the petitions which we get are concerned with drinking water issues. In addition, people seem employment, medical help as well as financial help for the education of their children.”
Dharmapuri I-T company employe M Nathan said “I first saw a tweet of my constituency MP Dr T N V S Senthilkumr stating that the August report has been represented to the DMK president. I then came to know that he has attached petitions by my father seeking Cauvery Water in our area in Dharmapuri.”
