2019 Lok Sabha elections in Telangana has turned interesting with all the attention drawn to Nizamabad constituency which has 185 candidates contesting in the poll. Out of which, 178 are farmers who decided to protest against the government which failed to give minimum support price for their Turmeric and Red Jowar crop.
 
As none of the farmers decided to withdraw their nomination, Election Commission is finally making necessary arrangements for the polling. EC has informed the media that almost 600 engineers and 28,000 additional staff are deployed for monitoring EVMs and to oversee the other procedures.
 
12 EVMs with the names and symbols of 185 candidates will be arranged in an 'L' manner inside the polling booth. According to the reports, there are nearly 15.53 Lakh voters in Nizamabad Lok Sabha constituency and EC has arranged 1,788 polling booths for smooth polling. EC has also arranged a huge flex outside every polling booth for the convenience of the voters.
