Fiery Mamta was brought down on her knees by WB doctors!
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee held a meeting, that was recorded, with doctors protesting against the attack on a junior doctor. Mighty Mamta Banerjee, who is given to bouts of anger, adrenaline rush, and adventure, has been brought to her knees - not by political rivals, but by the doctors.
CM Mamata Banerjee on Monday accepted the protesting doctors' demand for installing panic buttons in hospitals that could be used to alert the local police station about a potential threat. She also accepted the demand to control access to emergency wards of hospitals. She met with 31 representatives of the protesting doctors after the week-long strike.
The doctors, who are protesting against the assault on two of their colleagues at NRS Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata, have sought an unconditional apology from Banerjee and set six conditions for the state government in order to withdraw the stir. Reportedly, Mamta did all the above who is heading for the assembly elections sooner.
