Shah Faesal, the topper of the IAS, has been put under house arrest, leaving the civil services for politics. When he was detained at Delhi airport, he was allegedly about to fly overseas. He was returned to Kashmir.
He was on his manner to Istanbul, according to reports. Shah Faesal's had been strongly critical to the move to end the privileged status for Jammu and Kashmir and divided it into two union territories on social media. He advised on Twitter yesterday that in order to restore political rights, Kashmir "required a non-violent political mass motion."
In order to restore political freedoms, Kashmir will need a lengthy, continuous, non-violent political mass movement. The majority has been completed by the removal of Article 370. So now you can be either a stooge or a nationalist. No shades of grey, "tweeted Tuesday the 35-year-old.
Mr Faesal is the recent house arrest Jammu and Kashmir politician. Since August 4, former Prime Ministers Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti have been under detention as part of a massive safety violent crackdown to avoid any significant backlash following the Kashmir choices of the government.
The Kashmir Valley still has telephone and internet facilities down and curfew-like constraints are in place.
Mr Faesal has also tweeted that there's no Aid there. Kashmiris around the globe are lamenting their land's illegal annexation. There will be no Eid until all that has been robbed and taken back since 1947.
