Karnataka Food and Civil department launch ‘One Nation-One Ration Card’ scheme from October 1
Food and Civil department of the Karnataka State to launch the ‘One Nation-One Ration Card’ scheme. It will be implemented on October 1.
In this scheme, people will get a food item at a reasonable price. And also its more beneficial to the people who were below poverty. Aim of the scheme is ensuring that no majority family is devoid of food.
Department authorities said, the holders of ration card, will go show in a month and collect his advantages and benefits. The officer from the department said, “The pilot scheme will be implemented in Karnataka and Kerala. Once it is successful, it will be extended to the entire country. The National Informatics Centre (NIC) is providing technical support,” he said.
