KCR can’t take Jagan for granted!
It’s a matter of just a few hours. Without even asking for any compensation, as Jagan had handed over all the AP buildings in Hyderabad to the Telangana government, if the Telangana Chief Minister KCR wants to take Jagan Mohan Reddy for granted, then it might be better if he rethinks about it. It looks like AP Chief Minister, Jagan Mohan Reddy is busy in preparing the ground to seek fair share for Andhra Pradesh, in all the assets owned by common institutions as listed under schedule IX and X of AP reorganization act 2014.
This institution in Hyderabad owns huge areas of lands and buildings that might worth thousands of crores of rupees. Also, the water taxes, property taxes, power charges on these properties go on mounting year by year. Already the amount had reached to approximately 15 crores, which has been waived off by KCR on handing over these buildings. By this, it is being said that Jagan had saved 15 crores to AP government while still maintaining a friendly relationship with a neighboring state. But this doesn't seem as clear as it is. It is being said that, Jagan won't be leaving all those simply.
He had already asked all the officials dealing with the bifurcation issue to prepare reports on how much assets these common institutions own and how much will be the share of Andhra Pradesh in them. It is being said that Jagan wants to take this to the center to ask for AP's share and is in thoughts of moving to the supreme court in case center doesn't respond.
