Surprisingly, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu wore Black Shirt and White pants to protest against the BJP as they have not full-filled their promises. Along with Chandrababu, his son Nara Lokesh and other cabinet members too wore a Black shirt and white pants to join the protest. All the TDP members with ruling president Chandrababu reached assembly with Black and White attire.
"Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu wore black Shirt to the assembly as a sign of protest against Prime Minister Narendra Modi's step-motherly treatment meted out to Andhra Pradesh and for breaking all promises made including Special Status." tweeted Nara Lokesh.
From the sources of Telugu Desam Party members, Chandrababu never before wore a Black shirt and even when he was in opposition, he confined to wearing a black badge in protest. But this was the first time ever Chandrababu was wearing a Black Shirt as we usually see him in Cream, yellow and white attire. The TDP leaders also joined with Pratyeka Hodha Sabha Samithi (PHSS) members with a day-long shutdown in the state.
Before going to the assembly, Chandrababu Naidu through a teleconference along with his TDP leaders said that this protest will continue in the state till Feb 10th and from the very next they will head to New Delhi and continue the protest till Feb 14th.
