The 'Cash for Vote' case is back in headlines and this time, media caught hold of a video in which Sebastian is seen negotiation with Indo-Indian MLA Stephenson.
In the video, Sebastian is heard to be conveying Stephenson that 'Babu' is quoting Rs 3 to Rs 5 core and it was Sebastian who took the entire responsibility of the negotiations. "You (Stephenson) are trusting Revanth Reddy a lot but 'Babu' is relying on me as well in this episode," says Sebastian.
However, this video lasts hardly for a few seconds and it can't be gauged as proof as the video is unclear too. Sebastian isn't clearly visible while Stephenson can be seen sitting on a sofa in his residence.
Will the police take this video into cognizance is something to be noticed here.
