Former Congress MP Lagadapati Rajagopal is not showing any interest to commission any survey for the upcoming elections in Andhra Pradesh for both Lok Sabha and State Assembly. Recently when media persons square up Lagadapati at the camp office of TDP in Amaravathi he turns down to make any comments or predictions on the federal front proposed by TRS President and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.
As Lagadapati Predictions gone wrong in the Telangana elections before, as he predicted Maha Kootami of four opposition parties will come to power and TRS would wind up with 35-45 seats. However, the results demonstrated him totally wrong as TRS won 88 assembly seats out of 119. This makes Lagadapati not to predict on forthcoming Andhra Pradesh elections, as his public conception will go down if his prediction goes wrong again. And Lagadapati said, “I don’t want to comment on the federal Front at this stage,” to media persons and refused to answer further queries on it.
Sources said Ganapati is in forethought to regain his fame by making a re-entry into politics by joining the TDP. It is learned that he is trying to persuade for Vijayawada Lok Sabha seat again. It is Known, Lagadapati met N Chandrababu Naidu to give the invitation to attend a family function which is to be held on January 27.
