Notice furnished to CM Kumaraswamy for opposing in front of IT office
Commercial State police had furnished notice to CM Kumaraswamy and DCM Parameshwara and other leaders, as they had protested in front of Income Tax office on 28th of March this year. As the sources suggest that notification was supplied as per the instructions of ACP Banswadi office. All the leaders mentioned in the notification were given seven days to respond with respect to the notice, if not severe actions will be taken legally.
The complaint was filed by IT Commissioner Balakrishna and squad officer named Rajashekar. Hence the notice was supplied with regards to the complaint filed by them.
If we dig into the past last month CM HD Kumaraswamy, DCM Parameshwara and many other leaders staged fulmination in front of Income Tax office on March 28th. They had opposed IT officials because of the IT raids done by them in Shivamoga, Hassan, Mandya, Mysuru. Kumaraswamy and others opine that intentionally they had made IT raids, which is a clear indication of Political motivation.
