Oakridge International School overtook by Nord Anglia Education, a Hong Kong-based institute
With over two decades of good reputation, Oakridge International School is considered as one of the top private-owned schools in Hyderabad. This International Institute is now been taken over by Nord Anglia Education, a Hong Kong-based company. Abuzz is that the deal has been disclosed with 1,600 crores between the two organizations. Though the school’s management is not vocal about this, the news is all around the fraternity in the capital city.
Naga Prasad Tummala and Y.V. Rajasekhar, two of the alumnus of Indian School of Business have been running this institute successfully from years. When asked about the same, Rajasekhar refused to open on financial disclosures but stated that there is a shift in the management, with two branches in Hyderabad, the institute also has its wings spread in Vizag, Bengaluru, and Mohali which are running successfully. Though the local partner refused to respond, the Hong Kong website has updated that the newly taken over organisation in India offers personalised and inspiring education for over 61, 000 students of age group 2 -18 years.
