Palaniswami promises redressal of grievances in 30 days
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami announced in the meeting, he launched the scheme of redress grievances for people within 30 days.
The Chief Minister launched the Special Grievance Redressal Programme at Vanavasi in his native place. The CM Palaniswami said this scheme will be held for the 76.25 lakh people. The Revenue and Disaster Management Department would hold the program.
Palaniswami said petitions registered digitally and forward to their respective departments in a while. After sources will implement the acton on petitions. Revenue Department Minister R.B. Udhayakumar, Chief Secretary K. Shanmugham, Additional Chief Secretary Athulya Mishra and Additional Chief Secretary K. Satyagopal were attended.
CM said “Many people are petitioning demanding pattas. Though they may have resided in an area for long, they may not have pattas and steps will be taken to issue house site pattas to them. To support the needy and poor without houses, the government will construct multi-storey residences in cities and town panchayat areas… All this will move the State to a status where there are no homeless,” he said.
