Pant and Iyer both came to bat at No.4 in India vs South Africa T20 match yesterday

While South Africa outplayed India in the final T20 of the series held in Bangalore. Due to the misjudgment of Virat Kohli who opted to bat first instead of chasing on Chinnaswamy Pitch. He wanted to challenge his players to cope with any kind of situation but the Proteas bowlers took a toll of that.

During the match, a funny incident happened. Both Pant and Shreyas Iyer both headed towards the pitch to bat at number four after Dhawan got out in the match. Captain Virat Kohli termed it as "miscommunication". Also said "It was a bit funny afterwards...It would've been very funny if both had reached the pitch."

Pant batted at number four, scoring 19 runs. The management wanted to send Rishabh Pant at No.4 to maintain the left-right combination. But unaware of this news, Iyer padded himself and left to pitch to bat in his position as usual.
