Siddaramaiah says he is unable to visit affected areas in Karnataka
Ex-CM and Congress Legislature Party leader Siddaramaiah has reacted on the flood situation in Karnataka district. He said that he is unable to tour the flood-affected areas as he is recuperating from the cataract surgery.
Senior Congress leader Mr. Siddaramaiah said, “Doctors have advised travel restrictions as I had undergone cataract surgery a few days back because of which I could not go to Badami to assess flood situation. My son, Yathindra, is visiting the flood-affected areas in Badami to ensure if adequate first-aid measures are taken,” he tweeted.
Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee president Dinesh Gundu Rao said the State government was not reacted on the flood-hit situation and no development works had implemented on situations, while since there was no council of Ministers.
