In the wake of reservations stated by the party’s senior leaders and CM H D Kumaraswamy himself, Ex CM Siddaramaiah stated that he will become CM again if the people bless him. “I will get power only if the people bless me”, he said.
CM Siddaramaiah had expressed at Mailra temple in Haveri, that nothing will be possible without peoples' blessings. “We will remain in papers if the people don’t bless us”, he said.
Endowment minister P T Parameshwar Naik, who was present at the meeting stated that he wishes Siddaramaiah to be CM again.
In the meantime, CM H D Kumaraswamy requested KPCC president Dinesh Gundu Rao and DCM Dr G Parameshwara to his home on Wednesday. He made it clear that Siddaramaiah becoming CM, creates confusion in the coalition government.
