SIT team arrests the three main accused in Viveka’s murder case
All the knots in YS Vivekananda Reddy's brutal murder case are being uncoiled, as the Special Investigation Team has taken three main accused into the custody. YS Viveka's close aide Erra Gangi Reddy, Personal Secretary Krishna Reddy, Prakash, son of housemaid Lakshmi, have been arrested by police after interrogating over 50 people for the last 12 days.
The mysterious murder of Viveka in his house on March 15 has taken the political circles to storms. Viveka’s body was found dead in a pool of blood in the bathroom at his residence Pulivendula. The post-mortem reports submitted by the doctors have stated that there are seven deep injuries on YS Viveka's body out of which two are major injuries. This case has led the two main political parties in the state to start mutual allegations.
It was also evident that the accused tried to destroy the clues by moving the body from bathroom to bedroom, by changing the dress of Viveka and bandaging his head. Viveka’s PA Krishna Reddy has been arrested for submitting YS Viveka's hand-written letter lately though he found it the early hours of the same day. Housemaid Lakshmi's son Prakash was arrested on the charges of cleaning blood stains.
Based on the interrogations, the SIT team is probing further into the case to bring out the truths behind the bewildering murder.
