The state Cabinet expansion that was scheduled for Wednesday, has been postponed to June 14.
This order was taken as the state government has declared a three-day mourning period for the demise of the famous actor and activist Girish Karnad.
The three ministers who were supposed to be oath in as ministers on Wednesday will now have their swearing-in ceremony on Friday.
The two independent MLAs and a JDS legislator will join the Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy's cabinet.
