Sunil Shetty Seeks Help From Yogi Adityanath To End Boycott Bollywood Campaign.

Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty has asked Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to intervene to end the "boycott Bollywood" trend on social media. Adityanath, who is on a two-day visit to Mumbai, made this demand during a meeting with Bollywood superstars.

Bollywood celebrities like Sunil Shetty, Jackie Shroff, and Boney Kapoor came to meet the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.

The main agenda of Yogi's meeting with Bollywood stars, producers, and directors was to discuss shooting and investment opportunities in Noida Film City. It was during this meeting that Sunil Shetty drew Yogi's attention to the recent "boycott Bollywood" campaigns.

"I would like to speak at this time about a hashtag that is trending: #boycottBollywood. If you (Yogi Adityanath) say anything against it, then we can stop it. That way we can do our job better," Sunil Shetty said.

Shetty appealed to Adityanath to seek Prime Minister Narendra Modi's support. Sunil Shetty added, "I am pained to see these mistakes. Ninety-nine percent of the people here are good. s please, Yogi Ji, talk to the Prime Minister about scrapping this campaign," added Sunil Shetty.

Sunil Shetty also urged the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister to use his influence to end the trend of "boycott Bollywood." This is as the film industry plays a major role in connecting India to the world. Sunil Shetty said, "You are a big man, and people will listen if you tell them to stop it."

"Today, people think that Bollywood is a bad place. But Bollywood has produced so many good films. "I was in the film 'Border,'" he added. Sunil Shetty said that he is thankful for all the love and support showered on him by the people of Uttar Pradesh during his early days in the film world.

Bollywood stars and crew met Yogi at the Taj Colaba. Sonu Nigam, Jackie Bhagnani, Rajpal Yadav, Ravi Kishan, Ashish Singh, Tej Kiran, Chandraprakash Dwivedi, and Om Raut also attended the meeting.
