Madhya Pradesh, the "fascination" of a coaching school owner with competitive exams appears not only to have broken his friendship in the bud with his newly married spouse, but also to have been the cause of a petition for divorce.
According to a counsellor with the District Legal Service Authority (DLSA), the lady came out stating that her spouse, who "limits" himself to the plans for the UPSC and other specific examinations at the state level, felt "neglected”.
The female said during counselling that while preparing for competitive examinations, her husband stayed restricted to himself. During their marriage, she said he stayed hostile to her, "said Noorannisa Khan, Jila Vidhik Sewa Pradhikaran counsellor (District Legal Service Authority).
Ms Khan said the guy is a PhD graduate. He's his father's only son. He married the lady in a hurry because one of his parents was sick. The person has now submitted a divorce petition suggesting that after she returned to her parents, there was no communication between him and his wife and that she was not prepared to return to him.
Ms Khan also said the person has asked for a divorce in the court system from where the case was transferred for counselling, claiming that attempts to mediate by families and others have failed.
She said there will be four more counselling meetings between the two sides before the tribunal starts hearing the case. She also said that we'd be trying to save their marriage.
