It was in for the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. Now, if rumours are to be believed, Virat also intends to construct a restaurant and has part a part of Kishore Kumar's bungalow.

Its locations in Delhi, Kolkata, and Pune have already been established. The former Indian captain apparently intends to create a new location in Juhu, Mumbai. A piece of Kishore Kumar's home Gouri Kunj has been rented out by Virat for 5 years. It was reported by an NDTV story, and the restaurant is about to start. The late actor-family singers are the owners of the bungalow. The new restaurant launching in Mumbai is also mentioned in One8 Commune's Instagram bio. It reads: “Juhu, Mumbai #ComingSoon.” In the meantime, a rumour in the ETimes claims that Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have purchased a property in Alibaug. It was for close to Rs 19 crores 24 lakh. The house is situated on 8 acres of ground.
