It was in for the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. Now, if rumours are to be believed, Virat also intends to construct a restaurant and has part a part of Kishore Kumar's bungalow.
You read that correctly; You are probably already aware that Virat is the proprietor of the eatery One8 Commune (named after his jersey number 18). Its locations in Delhi, Kolkata, and Pune have already been established. The former Indian captain apparently intends to create a new location in Juhu, Mumbai. A piece of Kishore Kumar's home Gouri Kunj has been rented out by Virat for 5 years. It was reported by an NDTV story, and the restaurant is about to start. The late actor-family singers are the owners of the bungalow.
The new restaurant launching in Mumbai is also mentioned in One8 Commune's Instagram bio. It reads: “Juhu, Mumbai #ComingSoon.”
In the meantime, a rumour in the ETimes claims that Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have purchased a property in Alibaug. It was for close to Rs 19 crores 24 lakh. The house is situated on 8 acres of ground.
